IELTS Letter writing task – General test
Dear John,
It has been a long time since I heard from you. I hope you´re doing well.
I´m writing this letter to share my news with you. Let me explain my situation.
Since a couple of months back I started to feel depressed and anxious going to work. Something felt odd and I recently came up with the fact that after five years at the same job, it was time for me to move on.
I have started a new job as a pharmacist manager. All my employees are ambitious and hard working. They motivate me and inspire me to be a great boss. I have always considered starting leadership at some point in life, and it suits my personality.
Not only did I start at a new company, I also bought a new apartment. Since my salary doubled the bank gave me a loan. I´m considering renting it out in order to increase my income even more.
